Welcome to our Heavenly Lakeview Home! We hope you will experience a slice of heaven while staying here. We are excited to host your family and friends. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

This home is located at the heart of the South Lake Tahoe community just across the street from the lake. It’s at the hub of recreational activities, arts and crowd-drawing events due to its convenient location within a few short miles of casinos, fantastic shopping, fine dining and vibrant nightlife. This home has breathtaking panoramic lake views. Nearby Regan Beach Park is open to the public and a local favorite dog beach.

In the summer months, right here is where you’ll want to find fun in the sun, whether it’s boating, fishing, swimming or sunbathing at nearby El Dorado Beach or Regan Beach Park. During the day, the Lakeview Commons Area presents entertaining stand-up paddle races, and is a fantastic spot for barbecues. In the evening hours, the Commons hosts free live music every Thursday night. Several shops nearby offer bike, paddle board, kayak, boat and other water sports rentals.

During the winter months, this home is only a few minutes away from Heavenly Mountain, a world-class ski resort. When the lakeside is covered with snow, kids of all ages enjoy sledding along the Lakeview Commons’ staircase turned sled hill.

THERE ARE VERY STRICT RULES IN TAHOE

2 cars (there are public parking lots across the street)

Tahoe noise ordinance at 10pm

Strict $2K fines. No exceptions. There is a new Tahoe Vacation Home Ordinance. They no longer give warnings. Violators are fined $2K for breaking the rules (e.g. noise after 10pm, extra cars, too many people at house, etc.). If you get a violation, you will lose your deposit.
